Bookings need to be confirmed with a credit card no and there is a 48hr.cancellation policy.

THE BALANCE IS TO BE PAID ON ARRIVAL BY CASH OR CREDIT CARD.

Breakages, damage and lost keys are to be replaced and paid for.

Please do not exceed the number of persons allowed for the room. Additional persons shall be charged for their stay.

Breaches of house rules may result in eviction, house rules include; excessive noise, property destruction, improper conduct, any act or omission that, in the opinion of the manager, adversely affects or brings disrespect upon the manager, owner or other guests.

All rooms are expected to be left in a clean and tidy state. Charges may apply for non-compliance.
